Norlaggan Guest House

This small family run 3 Star Guest House in Aberlour, which is located in the heart of Speyside, makes an ideal base for the 'Scottish Whisky Trail'. Many of the distilleries have public tours including the Aberlour Distillery which is just a few minutes walk from the house.

Norlaggan is situated on the banks of the River Spey which is regarded by many to be the finest Salmon River is Scotland, it also has sea trout. A gate leads from our garden direct on to Aberlour Angling Association water, a 1 mile stretch with several good salmon pools. Day permits are available during the Season.

For those who enjoy walking or cycling 'The Speyside Way' runs through the heart of the village. There are numerous other walks in and around Aberlour. More serious Mountain bikers can challenge their skills on the nearby Moray Monster Trails site at Ben Aigen. All rooms have colour T.V. with DVD and Tea/Coffee making facilities. We also have a well appointed lounge exclusively for the use of guests.

Aberlour is an ideal spot for touring North East Scotland with Loch Ness, Royal Deeside and the Cairngorms National Park all within easy driving distance.
