Nantwich and District Band

Nantwich and District Band were established in 1983 as a Brass Band, however due to changes over the years, it now incorporates Woodwind Players as well. Mainly a concert band they have very successfully tried their luck in the contest world, winning both the Macclesfield Music Festival and the Cheshire Music Festival in 1989.

Since 1983 the Nantwich and District Band has grown from six members to approximately 30 at present, with just the right mix of youth and experience. The huge success of the band has lead to the production of four CD's and regular tours.
