The Carlton is one of the oldest and most established Restaurants in Aberystwyth the Carlton Restaurant has recently been completely refurbished and expanded. The new modern look reflects the high standard of quality produce and service on offer. To increase the utmost comfort The Carlton is now fully-Airconditioned.

A large selection of Muffins, Flapjacks, Brownies, Shortbreads and much more are available, to accompany our quality 100% Arabica Lavazza Brazilian Coffee. Served fresh bean-to-cup, it is one of the best aromatic and fragrant coffees you will ever taste.

Quality hot meals are served throughout the day at reasonable prices from the Carlton Cooked Breakfast at £3.50, to 10oz welsh Sirloin Steak with all the trimmings at £7.50. All meals are cooked to order, guaranteeing you fresh quality food every time. An extensive choice of daily fresh Sandwiches, Hot Baguettes, Jacket Potatoes and Homemade Soup are alailable for those who prefer a light meal.
