We are delighted to offer this self-catering apartment in the heart of Edinburgh Old Town. The apartment is on the second floor of a beautifully restored historic building at the junction of Grassmarket and Cowgate. The apartment has all the pubs, clubs and restaurants of Grassmarket, Cowgate and Victoria Street on its doorstep and is also superbly positioned to visit Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Mile, Holyrood Palace and many of the other sights of Edinburgh. The apartment is right beside a selection of unique and fascinating shops and is in the midst of many of the most famous Edinburgh Fringe Festival venues.

The apartment is comfortable, modern and elegant, with wooden floors, wall-lights and recessed downlights in several rooms, gas central heating, a modern dining kitchen with brushed chrome fittings, TV and CD/DVD in the lounge, and a selection of books, games, DVD's and CD's to enjoy. The kitchen might not get much use as there is every form of catering on your doorstep, from the fish restaurant round the corner to the French and Italian restaurants lining the Grassmarket; or you can get food at the fish and chip shop across the road or the French crepe stall in the Grassmarket; and that's just the options within a few hundred yards!
