George Green Farm close to Stansted Airport with Free transfers to Airport/Station, is a Grade II listed 17th centaury Early Georgian Farmhouse on the Herts & Essex Borders, which was a working farm until the Seventies. It is now a family run Bed & Breakfast. Animals are now kept for pleasure.
This beautiful Georgian Farmhouse retains characteristics of the period and offers superb accommodation. We offer you the hospitality of our home and its history. On warm days relax in our spacious gardens and enjoy a tranquil setting. Comfortable beds, beautiful linen, fresh towels & spacious rooms. All rooms have colour TV and Tea/Coffee making facilities, hairdryer & alarm clock/radio.
Enjoy home produced free-range eggs and substantial Continental Breakfast in our Oak Dining Room. Between 7-30am & 9-30am. Unwind next door with a home cooked meal in The George, a 16th Century Pub renowned for its home cooking and enormous portions. Long & Short Car Parking is available by prior arrangement.
