Inverawe Fisheries

This long established specialist fly-fishing centre has four lochs of various sizes and really is quite unique.

Iverawe Fisheries offer something to suit all standards from the novice to those who just want to brush up on their technique to the expert fisherman. With its Angling school you can learn the basic fly fishing techniques on Hugos Lochlan, which is heavily stocked with smaller fish and guaranteed to give an enormous amount of pleasure to the beginner. The larger lochs are also stocked daily with prime hard-fighting Rainbow trout.

While the mile and a half of the River Awe is not only one of the most picturesque stretches of the River it also provides some excellent and challenging Salmon and Sea Trout fishing. This varied stretch of river starts in the narrows of the Red Rock pool and ends up gently meandering through the pastures to the mouth of the river.
