The Seaview hotel in Fishguard now has an in-house "Complimentary Therapy Workshop" named The Sunshine Sanctuary. The new feature to the Hotel was proudly opened on the hotels' Centenary year.
The Sanctuary offers a range of holistic and complementary therapies as day courses and residential weekend courses. Some of the treatments on offer are - Art of the Spirit, Re-birthing, Reiki, Tarot reading and Hatha Yoga.
