Infield House

Infield House is a beautifully restored Victorian townhouse lovingly appointed with period furnishings, portraits and décor. The house is conveniently located just a few minutes' walk to St. Cuthbert's church near the start of the High Street with all its amenities.

There is an elegant and comfortable guest lounge with bookcases well stocked with local and regional guides and other reading material. Each of the guest rooms features a beautiful original Victorian fireplace along with colour TV, luggage rack, clock-radio, hair-dryer and individual central heating controls.

Wells Cathedral is the first completely English Gothic Cathedral and is situated in England's smallest city. Wells is a good touring centre for much of the South-West of England, including Bristol, Bath and as far as Salisbury. Set at the foot of the Mendip Hills, Wells itself is very picturesque.
