On arrival at your chosen venue you will be welcomed and registered by their team. There will then be a short period while you will be able to settle in, mingle, get a drink and chat with the other speed daters. The organisers will give you a brief introduction to the evening explaining everything that you will need to know. You will also receive a "scorecard" a badge and number for the evening.

The Speed Dating event is split into two halves with a short interval in between. After meeting each date, you will need to indicate on the scorecard whether you would like to see the other person again.

During the event girls always remain seated at their allocated table and guys move from table to table in numerical order around the room. A whistle blow signifies the end of each date and a double blow signifies a break.

Special Events: Lock & key parties are the latest dating craze over from the states. On arrival at the events all the girls are issued with a small padlock and the guys with a key. Your aim then is to "work the room" with the task of finding a key that opens your lock or vice versa. The concept of lock and key works as a great icebreaker and will hopefully lead you into a fun conversation. Up to 200 people can attend these events so the potential to meet new people is fantastic. If you meet someone you like you can exchange flirt cards displaying your email address. You are free to chat to as many or as little people as you wish at this event - so soak up the great atmosphere or simply chill out to the fantastic tunes. Check our website for more details.
