The Angel inn is a multi award-winning restaurant in Salem Carmarthenshire, listed by the Good Food Guide, AA Restaurant Guide and Michelin Eating Out Guide. The food is second to none, supported by a first class service with the ingredients sourced locally and expertly prepared. The head chef and co-proprietor Rod Peterson was previously crowned chef of the year.

Worst ever experience. Went here yesterday 25th Sept for my birthday. Three quarters of an hour late seating us. First G+Ts ordered came with soda???? Total shambles of service with kids in charge. Meal was vastly overpriced and we had to ask to sit at a decent seat ... Read More (Date of experience: Sep, 2010 )
