Located in one of the most magnificent areas of the Scottish Highlands, on the shores of Loch Linnhe close to the picturesque village of Port Appin, Kinlochlaich House is a typical example of a Scottish Period house of the 17th and 18th Centuries. The property consists of 2 Individual Cottages and 3 Comfortable Apartments.
Kinlochlaich House sits in its own beautiful grounds, which include a working walled garden and garden centre, and is a member of 'The Glorious Gardens of Argyll and Bute'.
Creran Apartment sleeps 4. The apartment is on the first floor of the main house in the original building and up a turret staircase. The entrance hall leads to the bathroom which has a bath and shower and a large heated towel rail. Off the central hall is one large bedroom with twin beds and one smaller bedroom with bunk beds. The kitchen is small but well equipped and the large sitting / dining room overlooks the front garden. There is plenty to explore locally including walking and cycling trips to the historic island of Lismore. Pony trekking is available all year round, water sports in the summer and golf and fishing nearby. Kinlochlaich have a tennis court and table tennis pavilion and there are racquets and bats for your use. There are rope swings for children and lots of space in which to play games, sunbathe(!) or barbecue.
