Mussels come fresh from Loch Etive every afternoon, Langoustines are caught by a local fisherman and are landed every midday on the Slip below the hotel. Scallops are hand-dived off the coast of the Island of Mull, the Beef is finest Scotch and guaranteed to be reared within a 70 mile radius from Aberdeen and the Lamb is all Argyll Lamb.
