Local Area: Situated close to Toowoomba major walking paths and bikeways . Walking tracks go for approx 3 kilometres in either direction Walking north you will arrive at the memorable Queens Park, and walking south takes you to the Waterbird Habitat, all features of Toowoomba's beautifully maintained parklands.
Getting There: Coming from Brisbane along Warego Hwy, which becomes James Street - turn right into McKenzie St, go through the Perth Street round-about, Drummond Street is the 1st street to the left after the round-about. Very close for patients and families needing St Vincents hospital, and only 200 metres to the East Creek Parklands. If you are in Toowoomba and want to plan for your next stay, Ken or Virginia will happily show you through the apartments (subject to availability)
