The Melbourne Kung Fu & Tai Chi offers the chance to learn the ancient martial arts of Tai Chi and Kung Fu in a save environment. The instructors are all real martial artists and have a strong passion for teaching their skills.
The emphasis is on teaching you endurance, agility, coordination, control and balance to achieve an advance level of physical fitness, mental strength and self discipline.
Melbourne Kung Fu & Tai Chi is the only club in Melbourne to conduct group Gravity Strength and Gravity Pilate's training sessions.
