Kintra Farmhouse

Situated just 4 miles from the village of Port Ellen, Kintra Farmhouse is in a beautiful location beside miles and miles of sandy beach, rocky inlets and moorland.

Kintra Farmhouse is a traditional farmhouse on three floors, having two bathrooms, two large sitting rooms (both available all day) and a breakfast room with separate tables for guests. The house retains many items of Victorian interest in its comfortable furnishings

Kintra has three rooms, one twin, one double and one family. All have tea-making facilities. Access to a good selection of books on local history and information are available. If what you want is to sit by a warm fire, you have your choice of our comfortable lounges. One of the lounges has a television, but if peace, warmth and views are what you relish - you should seek out the sumptuous second floor sitting room.

There's plenty to do locally- distillery hopping, bird watching, walking, diving, golfing, windsurfing, horse-riding, general ceilidh-ing or maybe just nothing. Kintra is a great base to do all of these and more - we hope you'll come.
