Vale View Cottage Vale View self catering holiday cottage is a detached charming late 19th century converted stable block set in the grounds of the owners home which was once a Victorian preparatory school. The coach house sleeps 4+ cot. Renovated in 2010 and benefits from its own private garden allowing personal access to the Prestatyn-Dyserth walkway. Situated within five minutes walking distance from Prestatyn Town Centre and 15 minutes walk to the blue flag awarded beach. Sitting Room: The cosy lounge has a slate floor, a wood burning stove and a place to dine. The well equipped cottage kitchen has everything you need. Main bedroom has a King Size oak bed, large timber beams, and parquet flooring. Second bedroom has adult sized bunk beds also with parquet flooring. Family bathroom with shower over bath and a attractive cottage garden, surrounded with established fruit tress, a well stocked bird feeding table, garden furniture, barbeque and chimnea.
