Glengorm's self-catering accommodation caters for most tastes - from the luxury of the Steadings Flat to the tranquillity of Cnoc Fuar. There are two flats incorporated in the castle and six cottages on the estate. With one exception, the Steadings Flat, dogs and children are welcome. The castle is occupied throughout the year by the proprietors and their children. All the flats and cottages are comfortably furnished and well equipped and every effort is made to maintain the high standards.
All cottages and flats all have modern conveniences such as televisions, DVD players, fully equipped kitchens, dishwashers and electric convector heaters in all the rooms and they are equipped with vacuums, brooms and cleaning materials. Cots can be provided, but please bring your own bedding. The estate will provide firewood for open fires
The walled garden below Glengorm Castle has been run as a market garden for the last 30 years, and is renowned locally and further afield for the quality and variety of its produce. The garden supplies fresh vegetables to many of the hotels, restaurants and shops on Mull as well as the Glengorm Coffee Shop.
The castle has many fine walks surrounding it, ranging from 1 ½ hour to 3 hours or, for the less ambitious, a short walk to the gardens and nursery. A track leads past the castle to some standing stones and the ruins of Dun Ara Fort to the west.
