Ulva House Cottage, built in 1864 within the grounds of Ulva House, it is detached with its own private entrance and parking area to the side. It enjoys prominent views over Tobermory Bay and the mountains beyond the Sound of Mull.

Ulva House Cottage has been completely renovated and now offers very comfortable accommodation. All furnishings and fixtures are new and of a very high quality. Ulva House comprises of 3 bedrooms, a double and 2 twins, providing accommodation for up to 6 persons. There is 1 shower room and 1 bathroom, each with WC and wash hand basin. There is a fully fitted and integrated kitchen and dining room with all new kitchen equipment, incorporating the highest quality dining furniture.

Relax in the comfortable lounge with 30" TV/DVD and Video by the woodburning stove. Ulva House is an ideal base from which to explore the island and also a quiet place to relax away from the traffic and more populated areas. Many good walks start nearby.
