Bawtry Health & Fitness Studio provides a friendly & affordable fitness studio for people who want to become fit & healthy in a relaxed & friendly atmosphere. The facilities include a fully equipped gym, changing, saunas, personal training, sports nutrition, and injury re-hab & treatment, fitness & martial arts classes.

The modern and fully equipped studio is set over 3 levels. The downstairs level is where treatments and consultations take place, the first level is reception, male and female change rooms and single sex saunas, upstairs houses 14 resistance and 11 Cardio-vascular pieces of equipment.
