A modern house, set in pleasant gardens with spectacular views overlooking the Dornoch Firth and Sutherland Mountains beyond. Dunbius is within easy walking distance of the town centre, but still retains a peaceful and rural setting. Relax and enjoy an evening meal in the comfort of our licensed dining room.

All of the rooms are en-suite, two of which are on the ground floor. Each has its own hospitality tray, colour TV and clock radio. The rooms also have complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable. We have ample parking for several cars and larger vehicles. Secure facilities are available on-site for guests with cycles and motorbikes. Pets are welcome by arrangement.

Glenmorangie distillery is easily within walking distance, enabling one to sample a wee dram without the hassle of driving. The Royal Burgh of Tain is just an hours drive from Inverness Airport, making it an ideal spot for touring the Highlands.
