The Ardlui Hotel is located in the heart of Scotland's first National Park - Loch Lomond & the Trossachs National Park. Ardlui is situated at the Northern most point of Loch Lomond and is near to some of the best walking routes around the Loch, with a ferry to take you across the Loch to join up with the West Highland Way.
The hotel was built as a private hunting lodge for the Colquhoun family around 1851. It was first opened as a hotel in 1886. Two years later the east wing was added, while the west wing was added by 1905. The hotel today is painted white due to the three different types of stone used to build the main building & each of the two wings Tennants since 1959, the Squires family have now owned the hotel since 1978, becoming the family to own & run the hotel for the longest period of time
Offering comfort in ten en-suite bedrooms, centrally heated and double glazed, all with satellite colour TV and Tea/Coffee making facilities.
The Ardlui Hotel is a warm and comfortable country house hotel, with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Fully licensed with two bars and two restaurants, the hotel incorporates an extensive range of local produce within its restaurant menus - such as fresh Loch Lomond salmon and Glen Falloch venison
