Getting ThereGetting to Mt Buller is easy. Just 3 hours drive, 248km's north east of Melbourne, Mt Buller is the most accessible major alpine resort in Australia. You can drive, or take one of the many regular or charter buses that come up to the mountain. If you're travelling during the winter season (June - October), remember to pick up chains along the way.
If you prefer you can leave the car in the valley. Mansfield Mt Buller Bus Lines provide regular services from Mansfield, Merrijig and Mirimbah, all co-ordinated through to your lodge. This means no chain hire and no mountain driving.
