The Bistro is a family run business that takes great pride in good quality food and service. Recently a siter restaurant has opened in Prestatyn providing the same great service.
The proprietor and chef, Chris has over twenty five years experience in the industry as a chef, college trained and then on to starting his career at top restaurants such as 'The Wild Boar', Beeston, Cheshire and 'The Bells of Poever' near Knutsford, Cheshire. Chris then moved on to become head Chef at a prestigious golf club in the Lancashire area before moving back to the North Wales.
The owners Chris and Sandra pride themelves on the menus which are imaginative, created using only the finest ingredients from quality local produce, yet still offering our 'price fix' menu in both restaurants where 2 courses vary from £12.95 to £22.95.
