Linda qualified with The Anahata School of Yoga who are accredited by Yoga Alliance and The independent Yoga Network. She teaches Hatha Yoga following the lineage of Sivananda Style.
The intention of the yoga classes is to unite mind, body and soul. All of Linda's students begin from where they are at. With practice, perseverance and patience they will amaze themselves at the changes which unfold both physically and inwardly.
The yoga class is an integration of Postures, Breathing, Meditation and Relaxation.
