Our 4 star rated park will surprise you with our attention to detail and our peaceful surrounds. Ideally located at Skennars Head, between the popular tourist towns of Ballina and Lennox Head, and only a 20 minute drive north to Byron Bay.

Ballina Headlands has a range of accommodation options to suit almost every budget, from luxurious to basic cabins, to caravan & camp sites. The park features a children's playground, solar heated pool, outdoor hot spa, camp kitchen, games and TV room and bbq area. The park has beautifully landscaped gardens to explore, and its a 15 minute walk to the beach.

Ballina is a popular location for swimming, surfing and fishing. There are many golf courses and bowling clubs in town. The area's rivers and lakes are on offer for sailing, water skiing and cruises, and beautiful rainforests to explore.

Local Area: The region's mild sub-tropical climate is ideal for leisure activities all year round. You can surf at Sharpes Beach or Lennox Point, cast a line at Flat Rock, explore the rainforest and waterfalls in the nearby National Parks or sit back on Skennars Head and watch the whales and dolphins go by. There are fantastic art and craft markets each weekend, historic museums, art galleries, stylish restaurants and cafes and farm and plantation tours. Visit the most Easterly point of Australia at Byron Bay, and check out this famous town, which is only a 20 minute drive. For the kids you can experience the animals at Macadamia Castle, explore the rockpools or watch a movie at the cinema. There is plenty to see and do in a relaxed and peaceful area.
Facilities: Ballina Headlands Leisure Park offers clean & safe facilities for the family whilst staying with us. Our pool is solar heated, with hot spa and a children's wading pool. Our playground suits children aged 1 - 12 years, with ample sand to dig in as well. A beach volley ball court is available if you are feeling energetic, and a games room to challenge even the biggest kids. A TV room with a big screen TV for those camping with only the basics. Children are more than welcome to bring their bikes, scooters or ripstiks, but are required to wear helmets and complete a bike quiz.
Info for Disabled: We have recently added a Deluxe Cabin with Disabled Access to our accommodation. It is specially designed to suit those with special needs, with wheelchair access, and disabled facilities in the bathroom. Contact us for more information.
