Cemlyn Bay is an area of outstanding natural beauty and is designated a Heritage Coast. Located on the North of Anglesey the beach is made up of a protective pebble barrier that shields a Lagoon behind.

The Lagoon is the perfect place for the keen birdwatcher and is home to a number of species. The cliffs here are popular with keen geologists, as they reveal fascinating rock structures.

There are a number of rewarding walks around the bay and the area; the National Trust has produced a booklet detailing several circular walks around, or starting from Cemlyn.
