Gokula House Meditation Centre offers an assortment of meditation, yoga and relaxation programs to help you cope with the stresses in life and gain a greater appreciation of your inner self.
Some of the meditation courses include Gauranga breath meditation, Japa meditation, Nadi Shodan pranayam, Yoga Nidra and Mindfulness meditation. Meditation courses are held regularly.
Gokula House are a non-profit organisation with their relaxation and meditation programs being free of charge. Yoga classes are only $5. Everyone is welcome to go and experience how meditation can improve your life.
