    The Sands provides luxury self-contained accommodation just a short stroll from Yamba CBD. Unit 23 The Sands is a spacious 3-bedroom penthouse, complete with a modern kitchen, open plan living areas and ensuite bathrooms.

    The master bedroom is on a separate level with a private spa ensuite and balcony. The other 2 bedrooms consist of a queen & 2 large singles, bathroom and sep toilet. A balcony from the twin looks over the garden and pool area. The unit features a TV/DVD/CD player and well equipped laundry.

    The Sands complex has a large lap pool, heated spa, bbq area and tennis court. Your car is housed in an underground security car park and there is room for a second car. The Sands is conveniently positioned across the road from the beach and an easy stroll to the CBD, golf club or bowling club.

    We stayed in Unit 23 over the Christmas break with another family. The location was great, with fantastic views. The unit itself was somewhat disappointing. We payed close to $3000 for the week and expected the unit to be in far better condition ... Read More (Date of experience: Dec, 2009 )
