PhysioXtra has been providing physiotherapy services to the NSW Central Coast for 15 years. Their physiotherapists have over twenty years experience and are members of the Australian Physiotherapy Association.

The team pride themselves on individual, personalised care, accurate assessment and hands-on manual therapy techniques. Your pain is alleviated as quickly as possible and the team then provide therapeutic exercise programs to maintain well-being.

Pilates at PhysioXtra: PhysioXtra also have a fully equipped studio. Classes have a maximum of 4 people to ensure close supervision by their highly qualified physiotherapists and instructors. PhysioXtra offer safe, individually designed programs for those with pain and injury.
