The Retreat is a wonderfully unique property situated in the exclusive location of Knights Bank Road in Hill Head, with the property enjoying beautiful views of Titchfield Haven Nature Reserve, and a large garden just under an acre in size with its own lake!

The house sleeps 2-6 people benefiting from 2 bathrooms, a modern fitted kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, chest freezer and fridge, large dining room with luxury dining room table and chairs, and a lounge with 2 sofas (one a double sofa bed) overlooking the garden.

There is a large decking area which runs the full length of the house, where you can also sit and admire the views. Outdoor seating and sun loungers are provided.

The Retreat is situated a 2 minute walk from Hill Head beach which is popular for all watersports and sunbathing.

There is a large garage and driveway at the house which enables parking for a boat & trailer if required, and up to 4 vehicles.

There is the popular Osborne View pub/restaurant a five minute walk away, which offers its customers surround sea views and a pub garden leading straight onto the beach. Hill Head is popular for all watersports, especially kite surfing, wind surfing and sailing. There are beautiful coastal walks in the area, with Titchfield Haven and its small natural harbour attracting sailors, bird watchers and walkers alike.
