The Old Rectory Country House was once the home of the rectors of the parish. It is a charming old building with panoramic views overlooking the grand sweep of Conwy Estuary, historic Conwy Castle and the mountain range of Snowdonia. The Garden was referred to as a "mini Bodnant" in the Good Hotel Guide. It contains many rare and unusual trees and shrubs.
There are many things to delight the eye inside this elegant Georgian Country House. Comfortable rooms abound with paintings and antiques. The Old Rectory's six comfortable bedrooms, each with its own distinctive character and charm, convey that calm, unfussy, 'staying in a friend's home' feeling. All bedrooms are equipped with the thoughtful little extras to make your stay as pleasant as possible. There are a good variety of restaurants and Inns recommended by the A.A and Good Food Guide within 4 miles. Your hosts will make reservations and order taxis for you if required for.
