Sockenber Park is set in the middle of an agricultural landscape, Standing at the southern end of Kings Meaburn - a designated conservation area in the folds of the Lyvennet Valley with in Eden which is in a tranquil corner of the Cumbria - one of the England's most beautiful counties.

With good access from cross Pennine routes and the north south motorways an ideal base from which to explore the Great British Countryside. Just a few miles away to the west you are in the Lake District. To the east are the Pennines and Yorkshire Dales .The north to Carlisle.
