The Home of the National Artillery Museum, in North Fort, is a significant memorial to Australian gunners, and the house of a very large collection of the heritage and history of Australia's oldest branch within the Australian army.
North fort offers a display containing more than 50 guns and mortars, numerous paintings, displays, memorials, medals and associated equipment.
The museum provides a shady picnic area with BBQ's, a magnificent Harbour lookout area, historic World War Two fortifications and tunnels, and a lovely café offering extraordinary views of the Sydney Harbour and more.
