The Austrian Restaurant

The Austrian Restaurant is located in the beautiful mountain village of Dwygyfylchi, and can be found at the end of the Sychnant Pass road from the historic town of Conwy. This is the only Austrian Restaurant in North Wales and good "Burgerliche Kuche" (wholesome home-cooked food) at reasonable prices.

The Restaurant is in a building that dates back to 1786, a traditional stone cottage that ads to the feel of the place with its whitewashed walls. Inside there is a Edelweiss Stube, a cosy bar furnished in gleaming wood where you can taste a schnapps or an Austrian Beer.

Your hosts Fredi and Judith Pigler pride themselves as offering consistent quality of food and service whilst at the same time enjoying getting to know their customers in their friendly, intimate restaurant.
