They need to hold a current fully enhanced disclosure (Criminal Records Bureau check), paediatric first aid certificate and 2 years checkable references.

One of the ways they feel they can put your mind at ease is by visiting all the families prior to placing any nannies with them, this is completely without obligation but helps them get a feel for the family.
