China Clay Country Park

China Clay Country Park is based in St Austell; it makes a perfect family day out with something for everyone. They have an interactive visitor centre that tells you all about Cornwall's rich clay heritage, plenty of nature trails and a children's adventure course.

The Park is home to Cornwall's largest working water wheel and a vintage collection of commercial vehicles and locomotive. The nature woodland walks lead you around beautiful scenery full of wild flowers, birds and aquatic life.

The China Clay Country Park provides a superb combination of interest, education and fun for people of all ages. As a result they provide group rates, welcome school visits and can cater for coach parties.
