Tregrehan Gardens surround a beautiful historical house in the the lovely village of Par, near St Austell. The gardens are open to the public between mid-March and the end of May and one day per week throughout the summer.
Tregrehan has been home to the Carlyon family since 1565. Jovey Carlyon's passion for trees during the late 19th century is evident in the towering specimens seen today.
There is a wonderful nursery that contains rare and unusual plants of species, which is open the same time as the garden or anytime by appointment. If you wanted to know more about the plants there is always a professional on hand to ask questions.
