Llandudno Lifeboat has been an important feature to the Liverpool shipping lanes for many years; the first Lifeboat here dates back to 1861. The station and crew here are still on active 24-hour service, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
The lifeboats are on display on the beautiful promenade every Sunday from May Bank Holiday weekend until early October - that is if they aren't called out. You can speak to the members; get close to the D-class boat and the ILB. There is a sales caravan with the boats where you can purchase souvenirs and become a shoreline member to display your support to this much needed and worthwhile cause.
