Rock climbing began here in the heart of Snowdonia over a hundred years ago; so if you're just starting climbing, what better place to take your first steps on rock. There are climbs of every grade possible here and Ropeworks will find a new challenge for you whatever level you are currently at. If you want to take on the mountains here and stand on their summits, the guides at Ropeworks can assist with every level right through to winter Ice Climbing.

Their aim is to enable you to become independent, if you wish, in the mountains.
