Chef proprietor Fabrice Deroubaix creates an intelligent classical French cuisine with a flair on English heritage, fresh produce purchased locally resulting in home made cuisine sparkling with flavour accompanied by a large selection of wine and champagnes.

A La Carte menu that includes classic dishes such as escargota l'ail (snails with parsley and garlic butter) and ave au poivre (pan fried fillet steak with a peppercorn and brandy cream sauce). Desserts such as crème brulee along with a selection of French and English cheeses that can be enjoyed with the extensive wine list.
