Woodlands Guesthouse is beautifully located in the Devonshire countryside, overlooking the unspoilt wooded valley of the West Lyn River. It is a substantial well appointed Guest House with an informal friendly atmosphere.

Woodlands offers a range of single, double and twin rooms all with colour tv, radio and tea/coffee making facilities. Most rooms are particularly spacious, beautifully furnished, fully en suite and have splendid views across the valley.

Woodlands is situated midway between the twin villages of Lynton and Lynmouth in the Exmoor National Park and is an ideal base for exploring the spectacular coastline and the wild expanses of Exmoor.
