Bed and breakfast and self-catering accommodation near Ninewells hospital, the Scottish Crop Research Institute (SCRI), Dundee university and the city centre is available all year. Within walking distance of Ninewells hospital it is very convenient for students and doctors coming to Dundee on short training courses. It is also less than a mile from Fernbrae and the Westpark conference centre.

All four bedrooms are comfortable with a table or desk and tv. WIFI is proving very popular with all the guests. The double en-suite has a wonderful view over the river Tay towards Fife. Breakfast is served in the artist's studio overlooking the award winning garden.

Buses run to the Contemporary Arts Centre, Dundee Rep and the city centre. Broughty Ferry, Carnoustie and the golf links at St Andrews are easily reached by car or bus. Glamis Castle is a short car journey away.

Anna welcomes all visitors. This small guest house becomes a real home from home.

Facilities: All rooms (with WIFI signal) are very comfortable, have a tv and tea-making tray. The double en-suite has a sofa and table and chairs at the window with a fantastic view of the river Tay and hills of Fife. Other rooms have a table or computer desk and they are also very suited to longer term guests who may wish to be self-catering with full use of the modern kitchen and laundry facilities. WIFI is also available. Your hostess Anna prides herself in creating a home from home atmosphere and welcomes guests both holiday tourists visiting Dundee ,or those coming to Dundee to work and study at Ninewells hospital, the Technology Park and Dundee university. The city offers a base for touring Perthshire and Angus, for walking, fishing and it is central for golfing at St Andrews and Carnoustie.
Further Information: Anna prides herself on cooking fresh local ingredients and makes her own jams from soft fruits grown in the garden and John's allotment. Resident Scottish artist John Stoa is often working on new painting projects and is happy to show his paintings, offer advice and discuss art commissions. He holds art classes to groups of up to ten and also private tuition to individuals. Anna and John have good local knowledge and are happy to advise guests about the local area and tourist attractions. Guests are welcome to wander around the award winning garden mature garden full of small trees, shrubs, fruit bushes, shrub roses and to catch the sun on the various patios. There is ample parking in the drive. Wifi internet access is provided for guests with their own laptop.
