Santai @ Casuarina Beach

We had a few of our guests and family book rooms at Santai for 4 nights on the weekend of our wedding. The resort is good to look at but that is about it. We had a horrible experience when we stayed here. Management and staff were so rude and our complaints were basically laughed at when I tried to take it higher to Domain Management.Such a shame as the hotel has a lot of potential, very nice, great pool area, and the restaurant is five star, but all that was ruined by poor customer service, not to mention the life threatening situation we were put in, when 2 consecutive fire alarms went off during the course of the night, and we were left to fend for ourselves ... My husband and I stayed at Santai to celebrate his birthday. The room was luxurious and well appointed with a large spa bath, double shower, great king size bed and wall to wall marble.
