If you are an adult looking for a fun, energetic and social way to exercise then this is the answer for you. My adult Freestyle and Rock n Roll classes are all of these and more. This is the ideal way to get fit and really enjoy yourself at the same time. You will be taught the technique and steps from beginners to advanced levels and also have the opportunity to show off your new talent in exams and gala's each year (not compulsory).

My childrens classes are also fun and very energetic! Kids from the age of 7 will learn the steps of the IDTA Freestyle Syllabus whilst learning and practicing the wonderful technique along with posture, balance and expression. We have a Xmas party each year where the kids compete against each other for trophies and play games. Each child can take their IDTA exams and also join in our Shows and Galas held throughout the year.

The School holds a 100% pass level in the IDTA Freestyle Examinations.
