Fortuousely, The Hunter Valley Cheese Tasting room is one of the most visited destinations in Hunter Wine Country, local, state, and international visitors are welcome to sample our full cheese range along with a comprehensive range of local produce and cheese accompaniments. Purchases may be made instore or an Australian wide stockists list is provided for customers to re-purchase their favourite cheeses on their return home. The Hunter Valley Cheeses are manufactured on site daily, viewing windows to the cheese factory operate daily.

Free Public Cheesemaking Talk is held each day at 11.00am and 3.00pm - just pop along to the factory outlet shop, taste our array of local cheese and preserves and then listen to the cheese talk at 11.00am and 3.00pm.
