Yurt Holiday Village is located in Swanage, Dorset and offers accommodation in traditional Mongolian style yurts. Stay in one of the six authentic yurts that are all traditionally decorated in Mongolian style.
The yurts vary from 5 to 6.7 metres in diameter and feature one double and two single futon beds. Large wood burners keep you warm and cosy, and can be used for cooking.
The design of the yurts incorporated felt insulation, making the yurts not too hot in winter and not too cold in summer.

- The erection of a traditional Mongolian yurt has been practiced by Mongolians for thousands of years Finding Mongolian Yurt Erectors in Swanage, Dorset was not possible. There was no listing in Yellow Pages. However, some Czech and Slovaks came over to give a hand in exchange for food and beer.
