The Rock restaurant is a vibrant, contemporary restaurant, located on the Cockfighter's Ghost Vineyard in the Hunter Valley. The Rock offers a range of dishes in different styles of food and the restaurant provides great service and an excellent location with spectacular views.
The Rock's chef, Andrew Clarke, is a passionate advocate of fresh, seasonal and regional ingredients. His food will challenge and excite, its presentation will display both form and balance like good artwork. A wood-fired is used to make traditional wood-fired pizzas during the day, and as a showpiece oven at night.
Simplicity and harmony are integral to both the design of the restaurant and to the overall philosophy of hospitality at The Rock.
