The restaurant is open Friday and Saturday nights and Sunday lunchtimes for formal 3 course dinner. For more casual dinning, the bistro is open each night from 6:30pm to 9pm as well as Saturday and Sunday lunchtimes, with a large range of meals to choose from including vegetarian, seafood and Welsh beef and lamb. Bookings are advisable. The Buckley bar features an open fireplace, interesting memorabilia and an excellent selection of beer, wine and spirits.
