Progress Surf Academy

Progress Surf Academy is a welsh surf school operated by local Welsh instructors and well respected Gower surfers who are dedicated to surfing and surfing development in Swansea, in Gower and in Wales.

The Academy is based at Caswell Bay Swansea and Llangennith Beach Gower, Wales. Just two of many blue flag beaches on the beautiful Gower peninsula near Swansea South West Wales.

The academy offer a range of levels including: First time surfing lesson(s) - Covering basic beach safety and water skills, Advanced surfer coaching (Fitness) - Concentrating on your "Surf Fitness" and how to tune your body into a surf machine ready for all conditions and also Photo/Video surf sessions - Get that snap you've always wanted or analyse your surfing on video.
