Facilities: Avalon's guest rooms are spacious, comfortable and well equipped with everything you'll need for a pleasurable stay. Five of their rooms have bright and fresh en suite shower rooms and one has its very own private shower room facilities. All have fluffy white towels and complimentary toiletries. Bathrobes & slippers are available on request as well as various other items easily forgotten. Avalon prides itself with its cleanliness and attention to detail. Each room has a TV with remote control and Freeview facility for extra channels, tea/coffee making facilities and radio alarm clocks. Wireless internet access is provided if you have a wireless enabled laptop with you.
Things to do: Avalon is an excellent place to base yourself whatever your interests might be. There is so much to see and do in the area including stunning castles, historic places of interest, a choice of superb golf courses, fishing, walking or cycling through some of the best natural scenery in the world, skiing at two of Scotland's main slopes and an exciting calendar full of special events such as Highland Games and Military Tattoo. For those of you who are partial to retail therapy Inverness City Centre has a wide range from small souvenir shops to the large retail chain shops and of course the Eastgate Shopping Centre.
